Gary Leif

 New Leif Photography has gone through many transitions over the last 46  years. The Late State Representative Gary Leif started Leif Photography in 1976, after attending Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara California. Gary owned and operated Leif Photography for 40 years until he was elected Douglas County Commissioner in 2016.  Leif Photography was voted #1  Photographer in Douglas County 12 years in a row. 

 In 2016, Gary and Carol Leif sold Leif Photography to Warren and Gail Newcomb. Warren worked closely with Leif Photography for years and shared the same values of integrity and service to our community as Gary and Carol.  Warren and Gail owned and operated Newcomb Photography in Grants Pass for more than 26 years, they continue to support schools and various youth organizations with their time and financial support.  

 Amber and Travis Kerrick stepped into the role of business owners in 2022.  Amber spent the previous 14 years with Leif and Newcomb Photography; working her way up from assistant to office manager and now owner.  Amber combined Leif and Newcomb Photography into one company to form New Leif Photography.  She changed the name, but is dedicated to providing the same high quality school photos and customer service that made Leif and Newcomb Photography a staple name in school districts  throughout southern Oregon for the last 46 years.
