Orders placed prior to Picture Day will be shipped to the school approximately 3 weeks after Picture Day. Orders placed online after Picture Day will ship to your home in approximately 1 to 3 weeks.
No worries! Class pictures are generally delivered separately from your picture package. They usually ship after retake day to provide the opportunity for each student to be included.
No problem! Just call or email us and we will be happy to get that for you.
On Retake Day, return the original picture package to the photographer. The photographer will retake your child’s picture. We will produce the same picture package that was originally ordered, using the retake picture. New picture packages will be delivered to the school. Re-Takes are only available in the Fall.
On a Side Note: If you receive a class picture or yearbook with your original order, please keep these items. They will not be included in the new picture package.
The photo card that came home with your child is very important. That card will give you access to your child's photos with their unique access code. When you receive the photo card, either scan the QR code with your phone or type in the web link to be taken to a registration page. Here you will be asked for your information and information about your child(s). After completing this information, you will now be linked to your child's account and receive important notifications about your photos like when they are ready for purchase.
Typically, production of your photos will take up to 7 days to process and upload on our online store. If you are registered on our online store, you will automatically get an email and text message informing you that your photos are ready for purchase.
Of Course! Additional prints are available through our online ordering process. Included in your picture package will be a reorder slip that contains your child’s reorder code.
After photos have been uploaded to our store and are available for purchase, there is a 7 day bulk order period. Orders placed during this bulk order period will receive free shipping. When that period ends, all the orders that have collected will be sent to printing and mailed out. You can expect around 14 days for printing and shipping.
ABSOLUTELY NOT! We want you to get everything you ordered in your package. As a photography company we spend a lot of time in the field taking pictures, this is especially true during our busy season of fall (back to school). We try to return emails and phone calls within 48 hours. If you don't hear from us after 5 days, please try to contact us again by email and/or phone. If you contact us by phone, make sure you leave a message. There is also the possibility that we never received the message. We all know technology doesn't always work correctly; so keep calling and emailing us. If we don't know there is an issue, we can't help you. We are more than happy to assist you and make sure you received all your ordered items.
Great question! Our school photos ordering process has not changed, only our sports and events ordering. You can find helpful information on this by clicking on "Our PhotoDay Experience" at the bottom of this page. Or you can go to our Sports or Events online ordering store and click on "How It Works" for step by step instruction. There is also a FAQ's page at our online store that gives more information.
Ordering online will be the easiest way to order your photos. If for some reason you are not able to order your photos online, please don't hesitate to call our office and we can take your order and payment over the phone.
Yes, you will be required to register on our online store. This is only so we have the information that we need to get important notifications to you about your photos and so our system can link you with your child's photos.
